The rules for the 10X Company -Real Estate/Gold/Oil Shares : 

10X team invest the money of our shareholders in the real estate, construction, oil and gold industry and pay monthly interest to you.

20,000 dollars or more 25 percent monthly (VAT) interest rate depending on the value of the New York stock index.

Shares Cancellation fee before 18 months is 30% and after 18 months is free.
